What is the minimum order quantity for custom furniture?
Custom furniture services are exclusively offered to our trade account partners (including interior designers, architects, retail partners, and industry clients). For these partners, there is no minimum order quantity -- we accommodate custom orders of any size, from a single piece to full project sets, with the same level of dedicated craftsmanship and attention to detail. Custom furniture services are not available for individual private clients at this time.
How long does custom furniture production take?
Custom furniture production usually takes 7-8 weeks after deposit payment and final specification approval, including frame construction, upholstery, and quality inspection.
Can I modify dimensions of your existing collection designs?
Yes, we only support modifications to the width of our existing collection designs. Adjustments to depth, overall height, seat depth, or other structural dimensions are not available at this time, as these could compromise the piece's ergonomics and structural integrity. Our team will confirm all feasible changes with you before proceeding to production.
Do you provide shop drawings before production?
Yes. Detailed shop drawings are provided free of charge for custom orders. Production begins only after your written approval.
What happens before shipment?
Before shipment, we send detailed photos and close-up videos of your completed furniture. Balance payment is arranged after your approval.
How much fabric is required for COM orders?
Yardage depends on the piece and fabric width. We provide exact fabric requirements before you send or purchase COM fabric.
