What is the minimum order quantity for custom furniture?
Custom furniture services are available for trade partners, including interior designers, architects, retailers, and industry clients.
For custom furniture projects, the minimum order value is USD 5,000 per order. This applies to requests involving design modifications, size adjustments, or bespoke specifications.
For existing collection items in standard sizes, single-piece orders are accepted.
How long does custom furniture production take?
Custom furniture production usually takes approximately 7-8 weeks after deposit payment and final specification approval.
The production timeline includes material preparation, frame construction, upholstery, and quality inspection. The final lead time will be confirmed based on the specific project requirements.
Can I modify dimensions of your existing collection designs?
Yes, selected modifications may be available for existing collection designs.
We currently support width adjustments for certain models. Changes to depth, overall height, seat depth, or other structural dimensions are subject to technical evaluation, as they may affect the product's proportions, comfort, and structural performance.

Do you provide shop drawings before production?
Yes. Detailed shop drawings are provided for approved custom orders before production.
Production will begin only after the drawings and final specifications are reviewed and confirmed.
What happens before shipment?
Before shipment, we will complete a final quality inspection and provide product photos and videos for confirmation.
Once the order is approved and the remaining balance payment is completed, shipment will be arranged according to the confirmed delivery terms.
How much fabric is required for COM orders?
Fabric requirements depend on the specific product, dimensions, and fabric width.
Before you send or purchase your COM (Customer's Own Material) fabric, we will confirm the required yardage and provide the relevant specifications.
Please provide the fabric composition, width, quantity, and technical details for evaluation.
Can I use my own fabric for custom furniture?
Yes. Customers may provide their own fabric under a COM (Customer's Own Material) arrangement.
Our standard product pricing generally remains unchanged when using customer-supplied fabric. Since different materials may vary in shrinkage, stretch, and thickness, the fabric must be reviewed and tested before production.
Final fabric suitability and consumption will be confirmed by our production team.
Do you provide fabric samples before ordering?
Yes. We recommend ordering physical fabric swatches before production to confirm the actual color and texture.

Do you offer white glove delivery?
Our standard delivery is to the ground floor of your address and does not include white-glove service or bringing furniture inside the property.
