Linen World was founded in Foshan in 2012 with a singular belief: that the finest linen furniture should not require a European price tag. Our founders -- furniture artisans with deep roots in the Pearl River Delta's manufacturing heritage -- set out to build a factory where Belgian-grade pure linen meets the precision of modern production.
Over 13+ years, we have grown from a small workshop to a 5,000 m² atelier, supplying interior designers, luxury furniture brands, and high-end homeowners across the United States, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
Every sofa, armchair, bed, and dining chair that leaves our floor is cut, sewn, and finished by hand -- made to order, made to last, made with intention.

Every Linen World piece follows a meticulous 6-stage process -- no shortcuts, no compromises.
Material Sourcing
We source only Belgian-grade pure linen -- the world's finest. Each bolt is inspected for weave consistency, colorfastness, and hand-feel before entering production.
Frame Construction
Kiln-dried hardwood frames are hand-jointed and reinforced for decades of use. Custom dimensions are precision-cut to your exact specifications -- no standard sizing compromises.
Cushioning & Comfort
High-resilience foam cores wrapped in natural down-feather blend. Seat depth, firmness, and cushion fill are all configurable -- because comfort is personal.
Fabric Cutting & Sewing
Linen panels are hand-cut and pattern-matched by our senior upholsterers. Grain direction, seam placement, and tuck depth are all considered before a single cut is made.
Hand Upholstery
Each piece is upholstered by hand -- stretched, tucked, and secured with surgical precision. Seams are double-stitched. Corners are hand-folded. No staple-gun shortcuts.
Final Finishing & Packaging
Legs are fitted, hardware is torqued, and the entire piece is steam-pressed. Photography and video documentation are completed before export-grade packaging protects your piece for its journey.
Zero Tolerance for
Imperfection.
Every piece undergoes a 12-point inspection before it is approved for shipment. We document each inspection with photographs and video -- shared with you before final payment. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave our floor.
