Non-woven fabric sleeve protects linen surface from dust and minor abrasion during handling.

Dense EPE foam pads protect all corners and edges -- most vulnerable points during sea transit.

Multiple layers bind entire piece, keeping components together and providing moisture resistance.
Corrugated Cardboard Box
Heavy-duty double-wall corrugated carton. Each box labelled with dimensions, weight, and handling instructions.
Container Securing
Inside container, all pieces strapped and braced to prevent movement. Legs removed and packed separately.
Packaging Guarantee
If your furniture arrives with transit damage due to inadequate packaging, we will replace or repair affected pieces at our cost. We stand behind our packing standards completely.

Ask a QuestionHow long does production take?
Standard production is 30-35 working days after deposit confirmation and all specifications are finalised. Rush orders (14-21 days) may be possible depending on our current schedule -- please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We handle all export customs clearance from China. Import customs clearance at destination country is buyer's responsibility. We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes) to facilitate smooth customs clearance on your end. We're happy to recommend freight forwarders who can assist with destination customs if needed.
What are the shipping Incoterms?
We typically ship on FOB Guangzhou/Foshan or CIF destination port terms. For drop-ship to final address, we can arrange door-to-door (DDU/DDP) pricing. Please specify your preferred Incoterms when requesting a quote and we'll provide the most suitable option for your situation.
What if my furniture is damaged in transit?
Please photograph any damage to outer packaging before opening, and photograph damaged item immediately upon discovery. Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess damage and arrange repair, replacement parts, or replacement piece as appropriate. We take transit damage very seriously. Cargo insurance is available -- we strongly recommend it for larger orders.
Can you ship directly to my client's address?
Yes, absolutely. We offer drop-ship service where furniture is delivered directly to your end client's address. We can use white-label packaging without Linen World branding if you prefer to maintain your own brand identity with your clients. Just let us know your preference when placing your order.
Is cargo insurance included?
Cargo insurance is not included by default but is strongly recommended, especially for larger orders. We can arrange marine cargo insurance on your behalf -- typically 0.3-0.5% of declared cargo value. Please request this when confirming your order. For smaller orders, we recommend checking whether your existing business insurance covers imported goods in transit.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. We accept single-piece sample orders for first-time buyers who want to evaluate quality before committing to a larger purchase. For LCL shipments, note that smaller orders will have a proportionally higher freight cost per unit. We'll always provide a transparent quote so you can make an informed decision.

All Linen World furniture carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Frame, spring system, and upholstery workmanship all covered. We'll repair or replace -- your choice.
